Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Illinois Nursing Academy, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our vocational school. This role combines healthcare/education marketing expertise with digital marketing skills, including social media marketing and email campaigns. It also includes recruiting new students for our school.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our nurse staffing services as well as our employment agency services.
• Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns/mailings to engage with both healthcare professionals and client facilities.
• Recruit potential students for enrollment.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, making data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with our team to create compelling and informative healthcare-related content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and healthcare news to inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare & education marketing and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with healthcare & education industry trends and terminology.
• Strong skills in creating and managing content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Sales
• Experience in email & mailing campaign marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet goals and deadlines.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
